Also on December 11th, Carousel hosted a complimentary webinar, which focused on the 2015 E-rate Modernization Order. During the webinar, E-rate expert Ronald Sheps discussed how end-users and administrators can maximize their technology investments through E-rate funding. As the new funding requirements encourage IT administrators to migrate their education-based technologies towards wireless solutions, Carousel is able to provide best of breed managed services to support the challenges they will face in maintaining and operating their new technology infrastructures.

According to E-rate expert Ronald Sheps, any school regardless of size, will be guaranteed a minimum of $9,200 to bring that facility up to a Wi-Fi standard, regardless of size, as education institutions begin a migration away from voice-related services.
